Warning Signs to Watch For

Every person with diabetes should pay close attention to any changes in their feet. Even minor issues can quickly develop into serious complications if not detected in time.

Changes in Skin Color:

If the skin on your feet turns red, pale, or bluish, it may be a sign of poor circulation. Seek medical advice immediately..

Dry or Cracked Skin:

When the skin becomes dry or cracked, the risk of infection increases. Use suitable moisturizing creams to maintain hydration.

Pain and Cramps:

If you feel pain or cramps in your feet or legs, it may indicate poor blood circulation or nerve damage. Do not ignore these symptoms.

Blisters and Non-Healing Wounds:

Any blister, sore, or ulcer that does not heal should be examined by a specialist immediately to prevent serious complications.
